Booking & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments that arrive more than 15 minutes late.
Health & Safety
Hospital-grade sterilization between every client. All tools are either disposable or autoclave-sterilized. We use 21-free gel and acrylic products — non-toxic, no harsh fumes.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not happy with your set, let us know within 48 hours and we'll fix it free of charge. We stand behind every single service we provide.
